It is now possible to classify your alumni/donors into three persona groups that predict their likely attitudes, motivations, and behaviors associated with giving. Additionally, the communication preferences of your alumni/donors can now be identified so that your messages will be delivered via their preferred channels. Our research even includes predictive modeling so that study nonrespondents can be categorized into the three persona groups.
